Dear Knights, Dames, Medallists, supporters and friends,
I write to inform you that H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Grand Master of our beloved Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George has decided to nominate and appoint me from today as the Delegate of the British and Irish Delegation, ad interim pro tempore, pending the selection and appointment of a new Delegate.
Lord Murphy of Torfaen has kindly agreed to continue in the role of Vice Delegate.
The time has come to chart a new course for the Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland.
I look forward to meeting and talking to most of you in the course of the year.
