Washington DC – April 2004. On the occasion of the Constantinian Order’s St George’s Day celebrations and 2004 investiture of new knights and dames into the United States Delegation of the Constantinian Order, held in Houston, Texas on 23 April 2004, President George W Bush of the United States of America, sent the following message:
