London, 9 August 2016. The Delegation of Great Britain and Ireland with much regret notes the unexpected passing of His Grace The Duke of Westminster, KG, CB, CVO, OBE, KStJ, CD, TD, GCFO, DL who was invested into the Royal Order of Francis I as a Knight Grand Cross at a investiture ceremony held at Westminster Cathedral in 2005. His Grace was decorated in recognition of his lifelong contribution to charitable endeavour in Britain.
