Castries, June 2016. On 6 June 2016, the Delegate for the Caribbean of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order, Anthony Bailey, during a visit to St Lucia attended a meeting with the Prior of the Caribbean delegation, the Most Rev Robert Rivas, Archbishop of Castries. His Grace thanked Anthony and the members and supporters of the Order for their continued efforts in facilitating and funding numerous charitable projects across the Caribbean.
The Delegate also extended his congratulations to The Most Rev Kenneth Richards on his recent appointment as Metropolitan Archbishop of Kingston, Jamaica, having served the Diocese St John’s-Basseterre for over four years.
In addition, in May 2016 a donation of $465,850 was made by member’s of the Constantinian Order towards the ongoing charitable projects currently underway in Antigua and Barbuda. These projects include The Hatton Multipurpose Facility, the completed redevelopment of St Joseph’s Academy, and the restoration of St Joseph’s and St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church.
