London, May 2015. His Eminence Cormac, Cardinal Murphy-O’Connor, Prior of the Delegation of Great Britain & Ireland of the Constantinian Order has launched his book of memoirs titled ‘An English Spring’.
In a short message to the delegation, His Eminence said: “My warmest greetings to members of the Constantinian Order and I hope you will have an opportunity of reading my memoirs entitled, An English Spring”.
‘An English Spring’ is the very human journey of a Catholic priest trying to live out his faith and lead the faithful at a time of both opportunity and turmoil and confusion. Honest and engaging, it reflects the humility, warmth and charm of one of the best-loved church leaders of the last fifty years.
A review of the book can be read at the Catholic Herald by clicking here and the book can be purchased at Bloomsbury Publishing for £17.99 or sometimes available through Amazon at a lower price.
His Eminence was Archbishop of Westminster between 2000-2009 and previously Bishop of Arundel and Brighton. He was invested into the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George in 2002 as a Bailiff Knight Grand Cross of Justice.
