London, April 2008. The British and Irish Delegation of the Constantinian Order extends its warmest congratulations to HE Frà Fredrik Crichton-Stuart following his swearing into office as only the second Grand Prior of England of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta since the reinstatement of the Priory in 1993. The ceremony took place at the Order of Malta’s Church in the Hospital of St. John and St. Elizabeth in London.
