Cassino – September 2003. The University of Cassino organised a conference on the theme: “The future of the Second Pillar of the European Union- Politics of the Union Concerning Common Safety.” The work, which took place at the Barracks of the 80th Infantry Regiment, was introduced by the Constantinian Order’s Grand Prior, His Eminence Mario Francesco, Cardinal Pompedda, with a major speech which was appreciated by both students and participants attending the conference.
